Support Tomorrow’s
True Gentlemen
The SAE Foundation hosts a number of initiatives throughout the year for fundraising, recognition, and support of our collegian members.
Initiatives
March to the Madness
March to the Madness (M2M) is a multi-week event, bracket-style fundraiser modeled after the NCAA March Madness Tournament. 64 SAE Chapters are invited to compete to see who can raise the most. Want to see your team in the bracket? Volunteer to be a Captain and rally your brothers to victory.
Founders' Day
Celebrate Founders’ Day by joining the 1856 society! Honor our founding year and receive a limited-edition pin, depicting an important symbol of SAE history. Founders’ Day events are hosted nationwide – join in the celebrations!
Silent Auction
The Virtual Silent Auction is a great way to support SAE with an in-kind donation or bid on some fantastic items! Ideas include sports tickets, rounds of golf, vacation packages, autographed memorabilia, handcrafted items, and more!
Giving Tuesday
The SAE Foundation participates in the Interfraternal Giving Tuesday Challenge. It’s more than a friendly competition—it’s a chance to show our strength as Greek organizations and raise vital funds to support our members.

Giving Tuesday: Why Supporting the SAE Foundation Matters Now More Than Ever
Across the country, a growing body of research is sounding the alarm: young men are struggling. Gen Z males report record levels of loneliness, isolation, and poor mental health, trends driven by decreased in-person connection, the rise of digital dependence, and a lack of meaningful mentorship.
Founders’ Day — March 9, 1856
This past March, the SAE Foundation proudly launched the 1856 Society, a campaign created to honor the legacy of our Founders and support the next generation of True Gentlemen.
